Q) How do I know if my order has shipped?
A) You can check the status of your order under MICR Connection (menu item on the left).
Q) I have a logo in JPEG format. Will this work for the logo on my check?
A) We can accept a JPEG in certain situations. If you are using a one color logo, we will convert the artwork into a grayscale TIFF. Please note, most web graphics are only 72 dpi and not suitable for certain jobs. When sending artwork, please make sure the dpi is 300 or higher.
Q) Does Northstar offer online proofing?
A) Northstar does provide electronic proofing services. Electronic proofs are created in PDF format, password protected (if desired) and emailed to our customer for convenience and security.
